Beloved XXX,
The defense of Prelims truly begin today. This battle is going to last 8 long bitter days, but for my other comrades, it will last 9 or even 10. In the middle of this battle, there will be a 10 days holiday, in disguise, for both sides. I hoped my men(body) will make real good use of this vital rest. I'm not sure how well my soldiers(brain cells) will do against the invading enemies(questions), but i definitely want to kill(score) as many(marks) as possible. Prelims may not be as important as the REAL battle coming up 2 months later, but it's actually the curtain -raiser before the biggest battle(O-levels). I will treat this battle equally important. I hoped my men will bring as many enemies down with them along. I will also prayed for success for my comrades(classmates and schoolmates) in their individual battle against Prelims!
