woo, its been 6 months. i wondered if any ever read my blog.

thats not really important. today is is my last paper and i heading for my term break and my world cup at home!

i wanna blog about what we did today. We went to queensways to get some world cup fever. Being there, i always get a bowl of laksa. but i never try the curry chicken ever =.= really wanted to buy the japan home jersey with endo name on it -$120, no name- $80. All printing are set at $40 =.= ridiculous price.

ms told us opposite queenways, there's many good food. We all begin our 1 day tour =D saw this kueh stall, all patrons seems to be queuing up at this store while the rest are empty =.= decide to check it =)
indeed, overall i will give it a 7/10. i long heard of praise for jiu cai kueh, but i dont ever think i ate it b4, decided to try. not bad just that it been left out in the cold for some time, and the skin of the kueh really stick to the wooden chopsticks. tell u what, this kueh really is a appetizer and open up my stomach for more!

Next, is the ang gu kueh. a small round shape but its filling is really thick. Quite like the green tea flavour. tried durian flavour.

we made quite a few rounds of queuing up haha! in total: abt 4 rounds, 2 jiu cai kueh, 1 soon kueh, 4 ang gu kueh-2 green tea, 1 peanut, 1 durian =) total= $4.20 !

kuehs over talk is an enjoyment for relax! next go out for a walk. ms seems to know the area well, he recommended some stalls for us and also the duck porridge at harbourfront hawker. been to queensways many times, but fail to realise around it are also worth my time and walk!
